Oak Sand is a Swedish songwriting and production duo consisting of Christoffer Sandberg and Fredrik Ekelund.

Blending cinematic emotion with contemporary Pop, R&B, Soul and Hip-Hop influences, Oak Sand crafts emotionally driven music that bridges the worlds of commercial songwriting and visual storytelling. Combining exceptional musicianship, songwriting and production, they create records that resonate across artists, film, television and sync.

Christoffer is a composer, songwriter and accomplished keyboardist with a unique ability to shape the emotional direction of a song from the very first note. Known for creating inspiring musical ideas, memorable hooks and defining the groove and atmosphere in the studio, he lays the creative foundation that brings songs to life. His music has been featured across major television productions, commercials and global broadcasts, including America’s Got Talent, Big Little Lies and the Super Bowl.

Fredrik, also known as FreddeRico, first gained international recognition with the #1 Latin American hit Don’t Go. As a singer, songwriter, producer and mix engineer, he brings a strong instinct for melody, vocal production and sonic detail, transforming ideas into polished records with international appeal.

Together, Oak Sand combines emotional storytelling, powerful melodies and premium production, collaborating with artists, labels and creatives across Sweden, the United Kingdom and the United States.
